1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HiperVote (the “Service”), developed by Bits TI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
HiperVote is a web platform for running condominium assemblies: registering buildings and agenda items, a waiting room and real-time voting for residents, and generating minutes with vote totals at the end.
3. Accounts and Organization Responsibility
Registration: building managers, management companies, and team members access the Service through individual accounts.
Data accuracy: the organization (building manager or management company) is responsible for the accuracy of the registered data on units, ideal fractions, proxies, and agenda items.
Privacy: use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Plans and Payment
HiperVote offers a 15-day free trial to get started. Paid plans, once subscribed to, are billed on a recurring basis and processed via Stripe. Cancellation can be done at any time by the organization itself.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HiperVote for unlawful purposes, to manipulate or tamper with voting results, or to carry out any activity that could compromise the security or availability of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The HiperVote brand, interface design, and original source code are developed by Bits TI. Use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any of the Service’s intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
HiperVote is a tool to support the running of assemblies and does not replace legal advice. The legal validity of an assembly also depends on compliance with the condominium’s bylaws and applicable law by the responsible organization. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and Bits TI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
